Within how many days can I return my items?

Your items can be returned within 14 days of after receiving the products. All products must be unused and in good condition. Please note stains, damage and/or strong odors. Also, the return must have all accompanying labels.

What is the cost of returning my items?

The return cost varies by address and is the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return my items?

Follow these steps to return your items the right way!

Step 1: Send an e-mail to info@kifarugear.com with your order number and the reason for return. We are then informed that we can expect your package.

Step 2: Pack the items you want to return together with the return form. If you do not include a return form, the processing of your return may be delayed. The .Returns Form can be found here

Step 3: Write our return address on the package. If you use our packaging, please make sure that your own address is not visible to avoid confusion.

Step 4: Deliver the box to a PostNL or DHL service point.

Step 5: Keep the receipt you receive from the PostNL point or DHL Servicepoint.

Within what time frame will my return be processed?

We strive to process your return within 7 working days of receipt.

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items purchased through our website. We would like to advise you to follow the step-by-step plan below when you are interested in another item.

Step 1. Return the unwanted item. Your return will be processed as soon as possible.

Step 2. In the meantime, order a new item on our website. If you do this on a workday before 12:00, the item will be shipped the same day.
