When can I expect my order?
Have you ordered before 12.00 pm from Monday to Friday? Then your order will be packed and shipped the same day. Did you order Friday after 12:00 or during the weekend? Then your order will be shipped on Monday.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the track and trace code to follow your package. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the deliveryman will try to deliver the product to the neighbors or hand it over at a PostNL/DHL pickup point. You will receive a notification of this in your mailbox.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Can I follow the status of my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the track & trace code so you can track your package. We also have a track & trace page on our website where you can follow your order.
My package has not been delivered, what now?
It may be that your package has been delayed by one of our shipping services. We advise you to first take a good look at the track & trace page. Here you can see when the package should be delivered.
